Sarah has been dancing for over 30 years. She discovered her love of pole in 2016 and made Soul Pole her home in 2021. Collaboration, experimentation, and freestyling are part of Sarah’s dance philosophy.
In addition to becoming X-Pert Certified, Sarah continues her education by regularly attending online workshops hosted by experts in the aerial and pole community. This education sparked a newfound interest in strength, conditioning, and mobility to help students become stronger and lessen injuries.

Sarah has attended, since 2009, Pilobolus summer intensive workshops that teach storytelling through movement, partnering techniques, and finding confidence in your body. Additionally, she has been trained in the Pilobolus technique which is helpful in creating choreography for class and performances.

Whether teaching new students, helping students get stronger, or watching students explore choreography, Sarah knows that Soul Pole has classes for every body that comes through the door.
