- Maintain studio space clean, safe and welcoming.
- Design and facilitate class plans according to Soul Pole level structure.
- Attend scheduled squad meetings.
- Check personal studio emails frequently.
- Maintain social media presence in relation to studio.
- 4 years pole dance/fitness experience or equivalent (gymnastics, other forms of choreographed dance, yoga, etc.).
- Pole or other aerial certification training. Must show proof.
- 2 years as a pole dance or other aerial instructor in a studio setting. or equivalent.
- Knowledge of fundamental pole moves and skills necessary to advance.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to give verbal and visual cues during instructions.
- Work independently to create and instruct level appropriate lesson plans.
- Punctuality a must.
- Respectful of our diverse pole community.
